As Missionaries, our attention is toward  the wholistic formation of a person both spiritually, physically and emotionally. The overall goal of our Passionists Development Projects  is to promote the memory of the Passion of Jesus Christ by witnessing and preaching to the suffering of our time. 

Through our development projects here in Kenya, we are able to evangelize and promote integral human development. Our projects involve programs and activities for alleviating poverty and for fostering social justice and economic empowerment of the communities we serve.

OBJECTIVES:

• Community Development geared towards the empowerment of the local people
• Parish Work promoting self reliance and  self sustainability
• Christian Witness of Christ crucified of our time through our work of love, openness, transparency and service.
• Faithful and efficient stewardship of resources entrusted to us.
• Transparency and accountability in all our activities.

OUR PROJECTS:

• Pastoral: Retreats and seminars at  Golgotha pastoral center, Sotik Pastoral Centre, Ushirika Retreat Centre and Molo. Occassionally,  we  alsoorganize retreats and seminars for Parishioners in our parishes.
• HIV/ AIDS Healthcare & Social Services: We care for orphan children at our Tonga and Kadem Children Homes.
• Micro-enterprises: Tonga welding project helping youths who are school drop-outs to be self-reliant
• Counseling.
• Education:  We have  build over 20 Primary Schools and 9 Secondary Schools as well as the  tailoring school in Karungu where we support many children from poor backgrounds
• Material and financial empowerment
• Poverty reduction
• Environmental Care:  Sensitive to the environment,  in Molo and Rongo, we are promoting tree Planting  by setting up 13 acres of land  mainly  for tree planting.
• Farming Projects: We have sunflower oil production at Golgotha and Tonga.  Also we have poultry projects in  Tonga and Molo.  In Molo, we do  Wheat farming and produce  locally made bread for our domestic use. We also raise  Pigs and Dairy Cows that provide us with milk and pork. We produce cheese for our domestic use and sale to  the neighbors.
